The Spiritan Self Awareness Initiative organises and runs Education in Human Values Workshops for staff and parents of the Academy and other schools in the region motivating them to practice the universal Human Values of Love, Peace, Truth, Right Conduct and Non-Violence every day in schools and homes. This is carried out by a dedicated team of TELA qualified facilitators in Human Values training in partnership with the Australian Academy For Human Excellence and the British Institute for Sacred and Secular Education (BISSE).
The Children learn how to live happy and productive lives based on core human values. They will in time become a cadre of self-reliant, caring and responsible adults who will bring about the transformation of their society by their inspiring leadership and example.
SSAI has also held similar workshops in other African countries including Zambia and Uganda. To date, SSAI has trained over 1500 teachers in Nigeria, Zambia and Ghana. Over the next 5 years, SSAI hopes to train 5,000 teachers in values education in Nigeria, Zambia, Uganda and other African Countries. SSAI’s vision is that these teachers will pass on this values education to 5,000,000 students within 10 years.
It is to address this need for a reawakening of the universal Human Values of Love, Peace, Truth, Right Conduct and Non-violence in our families, villages and cities that Educare (Human Values Education) is now being introduced in schools in so many countries, including Nigeria.

Today the cause of all the unrest in the world is because the children have not been educated properly….They have been taught about their rights, but they have not been taught what are their responsibilities….They are only taught about ‘I’, ‘I’, ‘I’, and nothing about ‘we’…. The biggest of all the Values is Love. If you want to get pure water from the taps, you must see that the tanks are clean.
Teachers are like the tanks, children are only the taps. So develop a program that will train the teachers in Human Values, by which, children will automatically get trained. If one teacher changes; thousands of students will change. But if you only try to change students, you will be able to change only one student.

You may adopt all the policies you please, but how they are carried out depends on him. He will assume control of your cities, states, and nations. He is going to move in and take over your churches, schools, universities, corporations. The fate of humanity is in his hands.
